Shipping is available within the USA, US territories, US Military Bases, and most Canadian Provinces. For US continental 48 States orders over $150.00 shipping is free**. For US continental 48 States orders from $19.96 - $150.00, there is a flat-rate shipping charge of $6.95 per order**. Orders from $0-$19.95 is only $4.95** to ship within the continental USA. Oversized packages, special-order products, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes. No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via UPS. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.
To speed delivery of your order and ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. So, you will only be charged one low delivery price (For orders less than $150) and you will not be charged additional shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail. Tracking numbers are not provided when products are being drop-shipped directly by a manufacturer or when your order is shipped using a carrier other than UPS.
International Orders
We can now accept credit card orders from the following countries: Australia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. A minimum purchase of $100 is required and customer will pay actual shipping charges (see below for customs policy). Orders for these countries that are less than $100 US will be cancelled. Orders placed using an American Express credit card will be shipped as soon as billing information is verified. For all other credit cards please fax a copy (front and back) of your credit card, along with a picture I.D. and a copy of your last statement in order to verify identity. Please note: Actual shipping charges will be emailed to the customer after the order is placed but before it is shipped.
Customs Policy
When shipping your order outside the US and US territories, you may be subject to import taxes which are levied when your package reaches your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs, and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. Moreover, when ordering from AutoBarn.com, you are considered the importer of record and consequently, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us. We would like our international customers to be aware that over-the-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, we may be required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers. This information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on all customs forms.
Out-Of Stock or Back-Ordered Merchandise
Although most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. In these instances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.

When sending a check or money order, be sure to include the check or money order (including shipping) made payable to Auto Barn Deals, a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. For checks, also include your driver's license number and date of birth. Orders via Money Order will be shipped out upon receipt. An additional $10 is required for Canadian Money Orders, Canadian checks can not be accepted. Orders via Check will be shipped when the check clears.
Returns
Auto Barn Deals offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free. Just call our Customer Service Department at 516-484-6497 for a return authorization number (RGA#). You can also request an RGA# by e-mail. Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.
Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered. In the instance that return shipping charges are refunded, AutoBarn.com will only refund for ground shipping charges and a receipt must be provided.

You can also make products returns at any of our New York Area locations. You must present a copy of your packing slip or invoice at the store.
Core Charges
Some of our parts require you to return the re-buildable original part back to us. If that is the case, the price of such a part will include a CORE charge which will be noted in the item pricing. The CORE charge will be refunded shortly after we receive the original part back from you. IMPORTANT: Return shipment of a CORE is the responsibility of the customer. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping a CORE back to us. Shipping costs for heavy items may exceed the CORE charge, so please keep this in mind when ordering such an item.
Warranty Policy
All products are also covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for more information. In addition, AutoBarn.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Please note that Labor costs are not reimbursable. If you have received a defective product, and you wish to return it, please contact us by email or phone to receive an authorization to return. You are not responsible for the cost to return the product to us in the case of a product defect with in the first thirty days. See above for details on how to contact us.
Some of the products we sell are for off-road use only. Laws regulating the use of these products vary from state to state. You should always contact your local law enforcement agency to be sure that the products you wish to install or use adhere to all local laws and restrictions. AutoBarn.com makes no warranty that the products we sell are legal for on-road use.
